To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, unused
• Free of any odor (smoke, cologne, pet, etc.)
• Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or hair
• In original packaging with all tags attached

Items not meeting these standards will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. We have sole discretion on condition.

Contact us for approval before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Defective or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
